Frequently asked questions about System Custom
What are the sheet dimensions and joint width?
The nominal reference module is always 30 × 40 cm, with 2 mm joints. The cm/in selector changes the on-screen units only, not the production module.
Can matt and gloss tiles be combined on one sheet?
Yes. Colours and Interni (IN, matt) or Trasparenze (TR, gloss) finishes can be assigned to different zones within the same layout. Final feasibility is subject to technical review.
How do A and B sheets work?
Layouts requiring two linked 30 × 40 cm modules automatically generate sheets A and B. The eight-sheet preview alternates them by column (4 A + 4 B), and incompatible controls are locked.
Is the downloaded PDF a production order?
No. It contains the visual layout, tile schedule and nominal coordinates. Format-specific SKUs, physical samples and technical feasibility must be checked before production. Each pattern is quoted separately.
Which tile shapes are available?
Patterns use complete square and rectangular tiles only, without triangles. Mixed-size or mixed-orientation layouts are not selectable. Their visual motifs are retained only as single-format reinterpretations in 5 × 5, 10 × 10, 5 × 20 or 10 × 20 cm. All strips run vertically and each 30 × 40 cm sheet is made of whole tiles. Product variants and technical feasibility require verification.
