01 · The new format

Mosaic changes scale.

The debut of the 10×10 cm format expands the Pastelli collection and introduces new compositional possibilities for architecture and interior design. Its larger proportion gives colour a fuller presence and creates a visually continuous surface while preserving the material and design character of Appiani mosaic.

The 10×10 cm format is available loose or mesh-mounted, in both flat and textured versions. The subtle relief of the textured surface creates changing light and shadow across the wall.

02 · Material and colour

A full surface, built through the body.

Pastelli expresses one of the most authentic dimensions of Appiani's research into ceramic mosaic. The collection is made from full-body porcelain stoneware with mass-pigmented bodies: colour belongs to the material itself and contributes to the visual continuity of the surface.

The 10×10 cm format brings this identity to a larger scale, suitable for walls, bathrooms, wellness areas and residential or contract interiors where colour becomes part of the architecture.

03 · Performance

Aesthetics and performance in the same material.

The durability of full-body porcelain stoneware makes Pastelli suitable for projects requiring long-lasting performance, easy maintenance and colour continuity. The collection also incorporates Bioshield+ protection, developed to support the hygienic performance of the surface.

The result is a ceramic system that combines Appiani's mosaic culture with a contemporary interpretation of module, texture and colour.
