Mesh mounting turns small formats, mosaics and strips into modules that are easier to manage during installation while preserving precision, rhythm and continuity.
01 · The process
From individual pieces to installation-ready modules.
Gruppo Bardelli manages cutting, composition, bonding and quality control of mesh-mounted modules in-house. Ceramic mosaics and strips can therefore be organised into repeatable configurations designed to simplify work on site.
The mesh keeps the elements correctly positioned and helps control joints, alignment and geometry, especially with small formats and complex patterns.

02 · Benefits
Precision, efficiency and design continuity.
- More orderly installation: elements arrive pre-arranged in modules.
- Geometric control: the pattern remains consistent from sheet to sheet.
- Small-format management: mosaics and strips are easier to handle and install.
- Repeatability: defined configurations can be extended over larger surfaces.
- Customisation: patterns, colour mixes and dedicated compositions can be developed.
03 · Custom
Mesh as a design tool.
Mesh mounting is not only a technical solution. It can become a design tool for developing customised surfaces from a drawing, pattern or concept created with architects and interior designers.
